Activity #1 ; How To Run

Running is something anybody can do, but it takes a lot of practice and determination to get good at it. The first thing to do is get some  fitting shoes that are tight to your feet but dont squeeze them. Next you should start off by running short distances, maybe jsut around the block; do this at least twice a weak if you wish to be very fit. Than start lengthening the distances you run, try and complete your runs without stopping. The more you run the easier it gets. Once you have a well memorized runnign routine planned out and you can run it without having to stop start timing yourself. Each time you run try a little harder to beat your time; you won't be able to beat it everytime, but practice makes perfect, and there is a limit to how hard you can push your body mentally and physically. be sure to stretch after a particularily long run, so you dont get tigh tmuscles and strain them. Also be sure to drink lots of water and possably an electrolyte drink to replenish the lost electrolytes form sweating.
